Portal Self-Serve must be setup before using "Forgot your password" or "Forgot your username".
If you are having problems logging in after using the Self-Serve, please contact your child's school.
Parent Portal accounts are automatically created when an email address is entered into IC. You can contact your child's School or the Enrollment Center to have your email address put into IC. An email will then be sent with the portal login information.
